Technical Account Manager
In this role you will build and manage close relationships with allocated B2B clients and internal stakeholders. You will develop solutions and influence the strategic direction of clients. You will plan and lead processes between clients/internal stakeholders and in-house developers to meet, organise and simplify requirements, working closely with internal teams to make sure all deadlines and client criteria are met. The position serves the EMEA market and therefore follows the EMEA working hours of 9:00-18:00.
- Build and manage close relationships with allocated B2B clients and internal stakeholders

- Work closely with internal teams to make sure all deadlines and client criteria are met
- Fluent English (C1 level) (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), PivotTables, data validation, conditional formatting, etc. (required)
- Experience in managing customer relationships and software release (required)
- Experience in Project/Account management (required)
- Flexibility and ability to work with minimum supervision (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills (required)
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication (required)
- Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical people (required)
- Active listening, not just waiting to talk (required)
- Remaining composed during conflict or dissatisfaction (required)
- API integration knowledge (nice-to-have)

- Previous experience in the iGaming industry would be considered an advantage (nice-to-have)
