In integrating the Commercial Department of FDJ Réseau, you will join a commercial subsidiary undergoing transformation, within a human-sized group. Within the Occitanie Est agency, a team with multiple skills works hand in hand to support and retain our Partner Merchants.
As part of our apprenticeship campaign, we are looking for our future Stationary Sales Representative for the 2026/2027 academic year.
You will support our Partner Merchants by telephone, remotely managing the points of sale in the portfolio assigned to you on a regular basis. You will ensure Partner Merchants adhere to and engage with FDJ's success. To do this, you will play a real advisory role with them, helping them manage their stock, presenting them with our news, and ensuring the quality of follow-up on requests.
You will promote the entire FDJ offer (draw games, scratch cards, sports betting) by adapting your calls according to the different profiles of the Partner Merchants with whom you will share your knowledge of FDJ products.
- Accompany partner merchants by telephone, remotely managing the points of sale in the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure partner merchants adhere to and engage with FDJ's success.
- Play an advisory role with merchants, helping them manage their stock.
- Present FDJ's news and ensure the quality of follow-up on requests.
- Promote the entire FDJ offer by adapting calls according to the different profiles of the merchants.
- Preparing a diploma in the commercial or administrative field at Bac+3 level, such as a licence (required).
- Curiosity and organisational skills to prepare calls (required).
- Interpersonal skills that allow you to be at ease in all circumstances and build quality relationships with your various contacts (required).
