Data Analyst - Retention
FDJ United is seeking a commercially minded Data Analyst to join its Analytics team. The Analytics team uses large volumes of data from a range of sources to understand customer playing behaviour, their interests and motivations, and the effectiveness of marketing spend.
The role involves using user data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making, improve customer experience, and optimise operational efficiency. The successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders to understand business goals and identify analysis projects to support these goals, communicating findings throughout the business and recommending next steps.

- Experience of data analysis in a high data volume business (required).
- A record of turning data insights into actionable solutions (required).
- Experience of SQL and/or R programming language (required).
- Power BI also an advantage (nice-to-have).
- Able to bring insights to life with effective data visualization and compelling presentation skills (required).
- Degree preferred in computer science, statistics, economics or other math/science related field (preferred).
- Experience of going beyond simply providing data and reporting, working closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs and recommending solutions using your analysis (required).
- Knowledge of the gaming industry would be an advantage (nice-to-have).
