Delivery Lead PAM
The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful technical delivery of projects and initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and maintaining alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.
The individual in this position will manage prioritized technical initiatives from evaluation through to delivery. They will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects remain on track and that value is realised through iterative delivery approaches.
- Manage prioritized technical initiatives end-to-end-from evaluation through delivery-ensuring continuous monitoring and tracking in partnership with the Technical business lead.
- Report on progress to stakeholders to ensure clear communication and commitment to projects vision and strategy and driven with a business mind-set during execution.
- Remove blockers and manage critical path activities while implementing iterative delivery approaches to realize value early and maintain project momentum.
- Manage complexity in mitigating risks and solving issues within the project on behalf of the technical owner.
- Manage change along the project to ensure a smooth transition to the future state of the project.
- Be an ambassador for the FDJ values by embodying it in all your work.
