Kyc Investigations Analyst
FDJ UNITED is seeking a KYC Investigations Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on maintaining compliance standards and ensuring the safety of the gaming environment for customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing account risks and conducting thorough investigations to support the company's regulatory obligations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks while collaborating effectively with other departments to achieve performance targets.
- Review compliance-related documentation in accordance with regulations and internal processes.
- Assess potential account risks and conduct additional account checks when necessary.
- Ensure awareness of any regulatory or market changes affecting the function.
- Identify possible money laundering patterns and communicate suspicions by escalating through the appropriate channels.
- Liaise with Customer Services and Payments and professionally handle all escalations, ensuring minimised contacts, empowered CS agents, and first contact resolution.
- Ensure departmental and individual targets around KYC performance and customer experience are met or exceeded.
- Undertake necessary administration work, including dealing with customer correspondence and record-keeping or case management.
- Maintain awareness of the activities of other teams in the department and be ready to complement their work in day-to-day investigations.
- Embrace team objectives and work on personalised goals on a quarterly basis.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
