Product Manager – Customer Onboarding & Communications
FDJ UNITED is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the Lead Product Manager in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the customer onboarding journey and lifecycle customer communication. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in data, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering teams to initiate and support product development efforts, acting as the main point of contact for requirement clarifications, regulatory updates, and compliance-related changes. The role involves gathering and analysing data to assess product performance, supporting KPI tracking, and contributing to performance reports and dashboards. Maintaining up-to-date documentation, ensuring proper version control, and supporting audit readiness are also key aspects. The Product Manager will assist in gathering user feedback, contribute to competitive research, and participate in user acceptance testing. They will also document existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and support initiatives to enhance team collaboration and product delivery workflows. Active participation in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, commercial, and compliance teams are expected. The role also includes coordinating product development initiatives, supporting testing and Proof of Concept initiatives for new tools, and managing the invoice processing lifecycle for third-party suppliers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to initiate and support product development efforts.
- Act as the main point of contact for requirement clarifications, regulatory updates, and compliance-related changes.
- Gather and analyse data from various sources to assess product performance.
- Support the tracking of KPIs and contribute to the preparation of performance reports and dashboards.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including product changes, meeting notes, and release summaries.
- Ensure proper version control and support audit readiness of key materials.
- Assist in gathering user feedback through channels such as surveys, support tickets, and usability studies.
- Contribute to competitive research and feature benchmarking.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, help identify bugs or UX issues and support the creation of test cases and scenarios in collaboration with QA or senior team members.
- Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving team collaboration, efficiency, and product delivery workflows.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, commercial, and compliance teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Coordinate product development initiatives by collaborating with Product and operational teams to identify requirements.
- Support testing and Proof of Concept initiatives for new tools and technologies to validate performance and business value.
- Support invoice processing lifecycle for third-party suppliers, submit purchase order requests ensuring accurate validation, approval, and timely payment in line with contractual agreements and financial controls.
- 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analyst, or similar support role (internships included) (required).
- Strong organisational and communication skills (required).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) (required).
- Basic data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets) (required).
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn from senior product leaders (required).
