Romanian Speaking Customer Service Agent
As a Customer Service Agent at FDJ United, the successful candidate will join a global team of over 200 agents supporting nine brands worldwide. The role involves engaging with customers through live chat, email, and other digital platforms to assist with inquiries and ensure a high-quality gambling experience. The position requires a patient, empathetic, and tech-savvy individual capable of maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in Malta and focuses on delivering exceptional service while building positive customer relationships. The agent will act as a key point of contact for players, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to the overall success and safety of the gaming platform.
- Deliver Romanian and English language customer support across LiveChat, email.
- Enable our players with quality solutions in a timely, personal and professional manner that exceeds the customers' expectations.
- Guide players through the website &/or Mobile App platform assisting them in using our services and products.
- Share knowledge, contribute to team projects and identify innovative practices that improve customer support activities.
- Work closely with other departments including Player Safety, Payments and CRM to ensure a positive and safe gambling experience.
- Speak on behalf of customers by providing useful feedback on their experiences.
- Support your colleagues and contribute to a great team atmosphere.
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written (required).
