Acquisitions Operations Coordinator

Description

The Acquisitions Operations Coordinator supports the strategic growth and operational excellence of customer acquisition initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact across alternative acquisition channels, promotional operations, and customer experience optimisation while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our acquisition capabilities. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize acquisition channels including Refer-a-Friend (RAF), Verified Not-Activated, and Cross-Sell.
  • Conduct channel operations while developing and testing strategies to optimize both product experience and offer mechanics.
  • Support costing analyses to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Build upon existing strategies and determine next-phase opportunities, including leveraging targetable offers and media integration.
  • Manage end-to-end promotional operations including creative requests, onboarding journey merchandising, CRM operations coordination, terms & conditions management, and more.
  • Streamline processes with promotional operations, legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams with promotional and product issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Gather insights to identify new user pain points and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Support the team on maximizing untapped efficiencies and enhancements to promotional capabilities.
  • Facilitate testing and implementation of sign up and onboarding experience optimizations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or strategy and operations (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong operational mindset with proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel programs (required).
  • Experience with promotional operations, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination (required).
  • Proficiency with marketing technology stack including CRM platforms, testing tools, and analytics platforms (required).
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and attention to detail (required).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams (required).
  • Customer-focused mindset with understanding of user experience optimization (required).
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis and reporting (required).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize (required).
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry (nice-to-have).
  • An avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products (nice-to-have).
