ASO Marketing Associate

Description

FanDuel is looking for an ASO Associate to support mobile sports marketing operations through meticulous organisation, cross-functional coordination, and performance optimisation. Key responsibilities include managing A/B testing processes and documentation, maintaining a strategic content calendar, and coordinating app store submissions in alignment with ASO best practices. The position requires tracking invoices and budget allocations, setting seasonal checkpoints for stakeholders, and staying current with mobile and sports industry trends. Success in this role depends on strong organisational and communication skills, familiarity with project management tools, and a collaborative mindset to enhance team performance through shared learnings and process improvements. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. Responsibilities
  • Manage A/B testing processes and documentation.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 to 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing operations, project coordination, or related field (required).
  • Experience supporting and analysing A/B testing methodologies and tools (required).
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimisation (ASO) best practices and app store submission processes (required).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously (required).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms (required).
  • Basic financial acumen, including experience with invoice tracking and budget management (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration (required).
  • Ability to plan and maintain content calendars in alignment with marketing and business goals (required).
  • Self-starter who stays informed on mobile industry trends, news, and performance best practices (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and process tracking (required).
  • Ability to coordinate seasonal planning and stakeholder check-ins to ensure timely execution (required).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with mobile app performance metrics and analytics tools (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a mobile-first or digital product environment (nice-to-have).
  • Exposure to marketing or growth roles within tech or app-based companies (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with sports (nice-to-have).
