Senior AI Engineer

Description

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Advanced Data Products team and help build the AI and data-driven products that power Games Global. If you love turning messy business problems into production-grade ML/AI solutions - and care as much about reliability and scale as you do about model performance - this role was made for you.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build AI/ML products that drive real business outcomes across GGL - from ideation to production
  • Work closely with business teams (Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to uncover high-value use cases
  • Run discovery sessions to understand problems deeply, then craft the right data science solution
  • Engineer, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems in production - owning the full lifecycle
  • Build and maintain observability tooling to monitor model performance, data quality, and system health
  • Mentor junior engineers in the team - sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and helping them grow
  • Convert model results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
  • Scale successful solutions across business functions and regions globally
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of machine learning - you know your algorithms and when (and when not) to use them (required)
  • Solid software engineering skills - you write clean, production-ready code (required)
  • Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred (required)
  • Track record of building, deploying and operating ML systems at scale (required)
  • Experience with observability - monitoring, alerting, and keeping models healthy in production (required)
  • Ability to turn complex AI/ML concepts into clear business language (required)
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts - you break big ambiguous challenges into structured, deliverable pieces (required)
  • Strong communicator who can bring sceptical stakeholders on board (required)
  • Experience mentoring, supporting and growing junior engineers (required)
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field - B.Eng./B.Tech also considered (postgrad a bonus) (required)
