Description

The Technical Compliance Analyst supports the organisation's adherence to technical regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. The role involves assisting in monitoring compliance, supporting audits, managing regulatory risks, and ensuring product delivery to regulated markets aligns with legal and technical frameworks. This position provides vital support to the Technical Compliance team through research, documentation, and assisting with key projects, while building a foundational understanding of technical regulations and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing the impact and supporting implementation of regulatory required technical solutions
  • Supporting Internal and External Audits
  • Monitoring Compliance and Reporting
  • Maintaining Compliance Policies and Documentation
  • Supporting Risk Identification and Mitigation
  • Supporting Compliance Training Initiatives
  • Contributing to New Market Research
  • Keeping abreast of relevant gaming legislation and compliance changes and advising on any potential impact
  • General and Ad Hoc Support
  • Assisting the business and Technical Compliance Manager with ad hoc projects and queries
  • Contribute to Promoting Compliance Culture within the business
Requirements
  • Qualification in Law or Commerce (required)
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or CISA (required)
  • 0-3 years in a Compliance role (required)
  • Online Gaming background (required)
