Accounts Payable Assistant
The Accounts Payable Assistant will work initially on suppliers within the UK entities. It is a busy and varied role that will suit someone who is organised and forward thinking. The role will also need someone who can adapt and have input to the change and growth in the AP area.
Genius Sports operates an office-first culture and expects the successful candidate to work from the London office at least three days a week.
- Invoice processing for multiple entities
- Managing the shared accounts email inbox
- Answering AP queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Weekly payment runs
- Aged creditor tasks
- Supplier reconciliations
- Monthly cash reports
- Supplier set up bank verifications
- Credit card expenses & reconciliations
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager with the implementation of new processes
- Other Ad hoc work as initiated or required
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger role (required)
- Good IT skills (required)
- Able to use Excel to good level (basic formulas etc) (required)
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment (required)
- Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving (required)
- Excellent communication skills (required)
- Experience in using Workday Finance Software (nice-to-have)
- Accounting or Finance Qualifications (nice-to-have)
