Website Coordinator
The Website Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining websites within our portfolio to ensure they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals. This role involves content management, website updates, implementing content and SEO strategies, monitoring site performance, and coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, optimised digital experiences.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Execute content and SEO strategies as directed by the Content and SEO Team Leads/Heads.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, and performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to plan and implement website improvements.
- Ensure websites are user-friendly, accessible, and optimised for performance.
- Lead and coordinate freelancers and content uploaders, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Maintain and improve website structure, navigation, and functionality.
- Identify and resolve website issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Additional training or certifications in SEO, web analytics, or content management is a plus.
- 2+ years’ experience in website management, content coordination, or a related digital role.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Proven experience executing SEO strategies and using analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Experience coordinating contributors such as freelancers or content teams.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Ability to analyse website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate contributors.
- Good knowledge of iGaming content and compliance needs.
