Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer (with Node.js & Go)
As a Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer, the successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications across a backend stack based on .NET, Node.js, Go, and related technologies. The role involves leading technical discussions, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.

- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise-level software architectures across the .NET stack.
- Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
- Deliver clean code to production in a timely manner, balancing business speed with technical excellence.
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce strict code quality, security, and industry best practices.
- Develop and enforce testing protocols to guarantee software reliability and flawless production performance.
- Implement and monitor production observability frameworks, including logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
- Create and maintain concise, meaningful technical documentation for system designs and architecture.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, actively fostering their technical growth.
- Partner with Delivery Managers to lead and manage software development projects, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product management, design, and operations teams to align technical execution with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear project updates.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership, strong technical skills, and successful project delivery (required).
- Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+) (required).
- Commercial experience or a strong willingness to learn and work with Golang and Node.js (required).
- Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements (required).
- Experience working REST API and web services (required).
- Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization (required).
- Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers (required).
- Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems (required).
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (required).
- Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning (required).
- Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes (required).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery (required).
- Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery (required).
- Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing (required).
