Senior .NET Developer for Client Centric Team
This role exists to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. The engineer participates in technical discussions and works with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Developing and implementing new features based on project requirements and specifications.
- Writing, testing, and debugging code for software applications to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensuring adherence to software design principles and best practices.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership, strong technical skills, and successful project delivery. (required)
- Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+). (required)
- Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization. (required)
- Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements. (required)
- Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers. (required)
- Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems. (required)
- Experience working with messaging systems and event-driven architectures. (required)
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases. (required)
- Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning. (required)
- Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes. (required)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery. (required)
- Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery. (required)
- Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing. (required)
- Intermediate or higher level of English. (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). (nice-to-have)
