Payroll Specialist/Accountant
Perform monthly calculations for company specialists, including base incomes, KPIs, and complex bonus structures. Manage the full cycle of income processing within 1C:ZUP (1C: Income and HR Management). Work with the internal HR system to extract and synchronize data regarding worked hours, vacations, sick leaves, and overtime. Accurately calculate final pay upon termination, vacation pay, and sick leave compensation. Prepare final Calculation Reports and submit them to the Treasury/Finance department for approval and processing. Act as the primary point of contact for specialists regarding their income, bonuses, or deductions (Support). Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to automate and optimize accounting processes.

- 2+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist / Accountant (experience in IT or iGaming is highly preferred)
- Solid practical experience with 1C: ZUP (this is our core tool)
- Experience working with modern HRIS/HRM systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and experience handling sensitive financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with large arrays of numerical data
- Intermediate+ level of English - will be a plus
- Experience calculating payments for independent contractors / B2B - will be a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy
- Strict discretion and ability to handle confidential financial information
- Excellent communication skills and patience when explaining income calculations to specialists
