VIP Reactivation Manager

Responsibilities include executing outbound promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives, informing clients about promotions, special offers, and brand campaigns, and contacting newly registered clients to support smooth onboarding.

Additionally, the role involves educating clients on platform features, payment methods, and benefits, handling callback requests and resolving client issues, de-escalating complaints and ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting VIP operations during peak and high-load periods.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to reactivate inactive clients.
  • Identify churn reasons and apply retention strategies.
  • Present personalised offers, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Execute outbound promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Inform clients about promotions, special offers, and brand campaigns.
  • Contact newly registered clients and support smooth onboarding.

Requirements
  • 6+ months experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales roles (required)
  • Experience in the iGaming and Sports Betting market (required)
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (required)
  • Understand iGaming industry KPIs, metrics, and terminology (required)
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills (required)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clients (required)
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset (required)
  • Work confidently in a performance-driven environment (required)
