Technical Artist
IGT is looking for a talented Technical Artist based in Serbia to join its studio in Belgrade. The role focuses on bridging the gap between art and technology to ensure the seamless integration of visual elements into casino games played by millions of players worldwide.

- Implement 3D game art and animations in Unity based on project specifications.
- Create high-quality art assets aligned with the game’s creative vision and compatible with production pipelines.
- Select and utilise appropriate art tools, packages, and technical solutions for each project.
- Collaborate closely with Producers, Developers, and cross-functional teams throughout development.
- Work with designers, artists, and engineers to develop effective design solutions and incorporate feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (required)
- Hands-on experience working with Unity (required)
- Experience with VFX and particle systems (required)
- Understanding of sprite implementation, including import settings, sprite sheets, and atlases (required)
- Basic knowledge of Unity Animator and animation state machines (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and After Effects (required)
- Strong visual design fundamentals such as composition, colour theory, and readability (required)
- Open to feedback with a strong willingness to learn and improve (required)
- Good English communication skills for collaboration with international teams (required)
- Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia (required)
