Safer Gambling Analyst (Swedish Speaking)

Description

As a Swedish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst, you will be responsible for safeguarding our players and the business. You will liaise with players by email or phone to ensure a Safer Gambling experience whilst continuously improving our Safer Gambling operation. This role involves analysing risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behaviour, contacting players who are at risk by phone or email and providing support according to internal policies and procedures in relation to additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking. You will also monitor escalated player registrations to prevent and avoid underage gambling, monitor escalated self-excluded players to assess risk and refund eligible players, and monitor and review follow-up case reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Furthermore, you will escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management to ensure player protection is safeguarded, adopt a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players, and recommend changes and/or amendments to Safer Gambling operational activities and processes. You will work closely with the Safer Gambling Management to install a culture of Safer Gambling through promoting awareness, and delivering training as required.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Native or close to native level of Swedish and fluent level of English, both spoken and written (required).
  • Keen interest in the psychology of addiction, regulatory and compliance knowledge (required).
  • Ability to listen effectively and understand others, empathy (required).
  • Willingness to learn and strive to improve business operations (required).
  • Positive mindset and a flexible approach (required).
  • Ability to work well in a Team (required).
