As part of the operationalization of the Product approach and its application within the Data chain, we are looking for a Data Project Manager to join the Analytics Factory teams of the Loterie France and Paris Sportif en Point de Vente Business Unit of the FDJ United Group. Directly reporting to the head of the Loterie and Paris Sportifs en Point de Vente Data Coordination & Projects team, your main mission is to support the operational teams of the Loterie and Paris Sportifs en Point de Vente Business Unit in managing their activities and understanding their customers through the management of data needs across all on-premise and cloud data platforms (data warehouse and data lake).

Responsibilities
  • You are the Data referent for the Business Unit's projects and manage the associated Data roadmap.
  • You are the key contact for the Business Unit's operational managers in tracking this data roadmap and communicate regularly with them on its progress.
  • You identify and challenge data needs, in coordination with all data experts, while ensuring the achievement of business objectives and overall architectural coherence.
  • You are involved from the data needs gathering phase through to acceptance testing, including writing functional specifications (SAFe methodology) in conjunction with the various stakeholders.
  • You ensure the proper coordination of projects and the appropriate level of information for all associated stakeholders.
  • You populate and maintain internal documentation to ensure the proper use of data.
Requirements
  • You have a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business or engineering school with a specialization in data.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role managing data projects to address marketing and digital challenges.
  • You have solid experience in BI/Analytics and a very good command of databases (in SQL) and data lake environments.
  • You have the ability to operate within a complex business and technological ecosystem (multi-business, multi-platform).
  • You are aware of data governance issues.
  • You are autonomous, organized, possess strong synthesis skills, and are assertive.
