Compliance Officer AML/CFT - M/F - Fixed-term contract
In a context of strengthening regulatory requirements and the Group's international development, we are looking for an AML/CFT Compliance Officer to consolidate and structure the AML/CFT and sanctions frameworks for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Within the Group Compliance Department, you will be involved in both Group-wide issues and at the FDJ SA level, working closely with business teams, subsidiaries, and Risk & Internal Control functions. You will contribute to the definition, deployment, and management of the Group's AML/CFT and sanctions compliance framework in preparation for new European regulations applicable in 2027.
- You will draft and update AML/CFT and sanctions policies and procedures to ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will develop and update AML/CFT risk maps to inform the decision-making of the governing body.
- You will define and monitor the performance indicators of the compliance framework to manage its effectiveness.
- You will support business teams, subsidiaries, and projects by ensuring the integration of AML/CFT obligations into their activities (compliance by design).
- You will manage compliance governance by organizing committees and coordinating intra-group exchanges.
- You will conduct international regulatory watch and analyze impacts to inform and guide internal stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in an international environment.
- Perfect mastery of AML/CFT regulations, obligations, and standards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory texts in an evolving environment.
- Rigor and attention to detail to secure frameworks and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to raise awareness, train, and engage various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (fluent level), for oral and written communication with your contacts.
