Advanced Game Artist
We are looking for a highly capable and forward-thinking Advance Game Artist who can contribute across multiple areas of game art production, including asset creation, animation, and AI-assisted workflows. This role is critical in strengthening our production pipeline and improving overall team efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder who not only delivers high-quality work but also brings structured thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the team, and driving improvements in how art is created, optimized, and delivered. This role will act as a bridge between senior leadership and the production team, ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in both creative output and production processes.
- Create high-quality 2D game assets including symbols, UI, backgrounds, and feature elements
- Develop engaging animations for symbols and game features
- Use AI tools for concept generation and asset iteration
- Improve and follow production pipelines and workflows
- Solve creative and technical challenges during production
- Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and producers
- Strong experience in 2D game art and animation (Spine preferred) (required)
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, and art workflows (required)
- Understanding of game art pipelines and optimisation (required)
- Exposure to AI-assisted art tools (required)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills (required)
- Good communication and teamwork (required)
- 7-10 years of experience in game art production (required)
- Portfolio demonstrating both asset creation and animation (required)
- 3D assets creation knowledge (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of VFX or particle effects (nice-to-have)
- Basic understanding of integration or game engines (nice-to-have)
