Retail Betting Contractual Obligations Specialist
We are looking, for one of the Group companies, for a Retail Betting Contractual Obligations profile who will join the Legal Department. The role involves supporting the Manager in specific activities and projects handled by the Department from time to time.
- Drafting contracts, addenda, and private agreements
- Preparing contract termination notices, formal notices, disputes, etc.
- Responding to communications sent by PV, PVR, agents, and ADM
- Monitoring and managing certified email inboxes (PEC)
- Updating the Legal Suite management system and document archiving
- Reporting activities, periodic monitoring, and progress update meetings with business units
- Supporting the Manager in specific activities and projects handled by the Department from time to time
- Degree in Law
- Good knowledge of the Office package, especially advanced use of Excel and Word
