Voice of Customers Trainee

Description

We are looking for a Voice of Customers Trainee to join the Digital & Betting Department. This role will be involved in the analysis and planning of surveys related to business needs. The company is the Lottomatica Group, a leader in regulated gaming in Italy and one of the largest European operators.

Responsibilities
  • Define recurring surveys to delve into customer behavior and share-of-wallet distribution.
  • Manage generic or vertical research projects on specific needs.
  • Define recurring automated mail surveys at different points in the lifecycle.
  • Plan surveys based on business and/or product needs.
  • Define NPS.
  • Valuate external systems integration for onsite satisfaction collection (i.e., NPS).
  • Monitor results.
  • Share results with stakeholders and plan ad hoc activities based on results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in statistics, economics, anthropology disciplines.
  • Passion for numbers and strong analytical skills.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and propensity for teamwork.
  • Excellent mastery of MS Office suite (advanced use of MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular required).
  • Experience in market research, results, and customer listening.
  • Background in communication and customer relations.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Proactivity, accuracy, punctuality and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Knowledge and/or use of specific survey delivery tools (a plus).
