- Full ownership of budget and performance - you're expected to hit targets, and then ask what it takes to go further.
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance Google Search & Bing Ads campaigns.
- Manage the full acquisition funnel – from keyword research to ad copy and landing page optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams to create sharp, conversion-focused messaging and assets.
- Test, iterate, and push boundaries in competitive markets.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on PPC experience with a focus on Google Search – Must.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI in competitive, high-volume markets.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Excel and AI tools.
- Detail-oriented, performance-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight) – advantage.
