Safer Gaming & Player Protection Analyst

As a Safer Gaming & Player Protection Analyst, you will contribute to the creation of a safe and responsible gaming environment, monitor player behavior to identify signs of problem gambling, ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies, and implement measures to protect vulnerable players.
- Monitor player behavior, identify signs of problematic gaming, and initiate appropriate interventions to promote responsible gaming.
- Analyze player data to identify patterns of excessive gaming.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate players about responsible gaming, self-exclusion options, and support resources.
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Generate regular reports on responsible gaming metrics.
- Perform customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence in line with the requirements and measures of the RG policy.
- Escalate suspicious cases to our Compliance department and MLRO.
- 1+ years of similar working experience (required)
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards. (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. (required)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. (required)
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g psychology, counseling, public health) is nice to have.
- Flexibility to work on shifts (required)
- Excellent command of English & Greek language (written & verbal) (required)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word etc.) (required)
