Description

As a Senior Digital Analytics Lead at Novibet, you will be responsible for both ensuring the accuracy of our tracking ecosystem and generating meaningful insights from our digital analytics data. You will own the tracking architecture, measurement framework, and digital analytics insights across web and native mobile apps, enabling teams across the organisation to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the tracking and measurement architecture across web and native mobile apps.
  • Design, implement, and validate event-based tracking ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Lead Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations, including script governance and deployment.
  • Define and maintain tracking specifications and data layer structures aligned with business KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance, performing QA, debugging, and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Implement and oversee tracking for native mobile applications (iOS & Android) in collaboration with development teams.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to understand user behaviour and performance.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations that support Product, Marketing, and Business teams.
  • Identify trends, user behaviour patterns, and optimisation opportunities across the customer journey.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, BI) to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business) or equivalent experience (required).
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) (required).
  • Extensive experience in Digital Analytics and Tracking in senior or lead roles (required).
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and digital analytics insights generation (required).
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and event-based tracking implementations (required).
  • Proven experience tracking both web platforms and native mobile applications (required).
  • Strong ability to transform analytics data into actionable insights (required).
  • Excellent understanding of data accuracy, validation, and analytics governance (required).
  • Solid technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (required).
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail (required).
  • Hands-on collaboration with developers and ability to translate business requirements into tracking specifications (required).
  • Ability to own analytics initiatives end-to-end and operate autonomously (required).
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g. Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) (required).
  • Familiarity with server-side tagging or advanced measurement setups (preferred).
