VIP Account Manager
Novibet is seeking a VIP Account Manager to manage key accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and maximise sales opportunities within them. The role involves acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. They will be available 24/7 for high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events. The role requires working closely with internal teams to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience, as well as preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Be available 24/7 for high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events.
- Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (required).
- 1+ year of working experience in the VIP team or experience in Account Management B2C (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels (required).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (required).
- Understanding of CRM tools (required).
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation (required).
- Fluency in English (nice-to-have).
