Digital Sales Coordinator

Description

As the Digital Sales Coordinator you will touch on all points of the sales cycle, from pitch to post report and act as a point of contact throughout each campaign cycle. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a great team player and looking for the opportunity to grow their career within the digital media space.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation and execution of sales materials, proposals, and advertising initiatives.
  • Support the sales team before, during, and after client meetings.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Design teams on creating high quality sales decks and slides that align with the company’s branding and messaging.
  • Act as a point of contact throughout each campaign cycle.
  • Monitor and incorporate feedback from the client and/or the internal team for continuous workflow improvement.
  • Show initiative on new client requirements/requests and provide innovative solutions.
  • Enforce project schedules and deadlines.
  • Support team members as lead with coaching, training, and identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Report to direct manager on team activity, including campaign status report, pending items, account issues, etc.
  • Oversee Sponsored Content & Social campaign tracking, keeping this up-to-date and flagging any issues (overselling, pending items, etc)
  • Lead resource for animated creative set ups
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in a Sales/Marketing work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital sales and mobile/web advertising required; advanced knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or insertion order systems is considered an asset.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Open flexibility to working outside of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm hours, as some clients operate on the west coast.
