Delivery Manager
This role is for a Delivery Manager responsible for leading and managing delivery operations within a specific domain. The focus is on ensuring predictable, high-quality, and timely execution by a team of Scrum teams, while establishing and governing delivery frameworks and best practices. The Delivery Manager will also drive cross-domain coordination, monitor and optimize domain metrics, and lead change initiatives to ensure adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage Delivery Managers, ensuring high performance, clear ownership, and effective coaching across the PMO structure.
- Oversee delivery for a domain of 3–10 Scrum teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality, and timely execution.
- Establish and govern delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices across teams, including Agile ceremonies, roadmap planning, and metrics.
- Own domain-level roadmap planning, long-range forecasting, and rolling-wave planning processes.
- Drive cross-domain coordination: manage dependencies, escalate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and business units.
- Monitor and optimize domain metrics (predictability, throughput, scope change, team health), using data to guide decisions and improvements.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication across all levels-teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Lead change initiatives within the PMO and domain, ensuring teams adapt quickly and constructively to new processes and organizational priorities.
- Maintain a hands-on understanding of team operations, staying close to delivery realities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Partner with DTO, DPO, and other leaders to refine team structure, ensure scalability, and optimize resource allocation.
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career growth for PMO and delivery staff.
- Ensure teams remain focused on delivering business and customer value and not just following process.
- 7+ years of experience in delivery / project / program management, including managing managers (Delivery Managers, PMs). (required)
- Proven ability to lead a delivery organization of 3–10 Scrum teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. (required)
- Strong people-leadership skills: coaching, performance management, career development, and team restructuring when needed. (required)
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery frameworks. (required)
- Demonstrated success improving delivery predictability, velocity, and quality through data-driven practices. (required)
- Strong ability to implement and govern roadmap planning, including rolling-wave planning and long-range forecasting. (required)
- Experience of building result oriented customer centric teams with the continuous improvement culture. (required)
- Experience establishing and enforcing delivery governance across domains, including dependency management and risk escalation. (required)
- Capable of leading cross-unit initiatives, resolving blockers, and aligning technology, product, and business stakeholders. (required)
- Ability to translate high-level product or business goals into actionable delivery plans. (required)
- Skilled in building and maintaining domain-level metrics (predictability, scope change, delivery speed, capacity). (required)
- Strong analytical mindset with capability to justify decisions through data, not assumptions. (required)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and negotiate cross-functional outcomes. (required)

- Previous hands-on technical background (ex-developer or QA), with strong understanding of software engineering principles and how systems work under the hood. (preferred)
- Experience in B2C product development, with the ability to focus teams on delivering end-user value rather than being process-driven. (preferred)
- Background in the iGaming or betting industry, with familiarity with regulatory constraints, product specifics, and delivery dynamics in this domain. (preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, challenge, and elevate managers and teams. (required)
