Internal Community Manager
Pin-Up Global is seeking an Internal Community Manager to join its team. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement and managing internal communication initiatives within a fast-growing business environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal platforms, conducting research to understand employee needs, and implementing engagement programmes. The role requires a balance of strategic planning and operational execution to foster a positive and connected company culture.
- Own and drive the development of the company's gamified employee platform as a key employee engagement tool, including defining the product strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize user feedback, conduct employee research, identify user needs, and implement improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and development initiatives, including gamification mechanics, reward systems, challenges, and other engagement activities.
- Conduct employee research and pulse surveys, analyze user behavior, and provide data-driven recommendations for improving internal products and processes.
- Prepare analytics and reports on key engagement metrics and the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of video content for internal communications, including developing concepts and creative briefs, overseeing production, ensuring quality, and managing content releases.
- Generate and promote internal communication campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement and supporting corporate programs.
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional collaboration with teams and departments to successfully deliver strategic initiatives and projects.
- 2+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Experience, Community Management, Engagement, Product Management, or related fields (required).
- Experience in developing and improving internal products, platforms, or employee-facing services (required).
- Strong understanding of the product management approach, including user research, hypothesis development, prioritization, metrics-driven decision-making, and continuous feedback analysis (required).
- Experience conducting employee surveys, interviews, user research, and analyzing insights to drive improvements (required).
- Proven experience designing and implementing employee engagement programs, gamification initiatives, recognition programs, or community-building activities (required).
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders (required).
- Strong ability to structure information, prepare analytical reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for decision-making (required).
- English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher (required).
- Understanding of modern internal video content formats such as onboarding videos, podcasts, interviews, and employee video projects (nice-to-have).
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering results (required).
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to balance strategic vision and long-term planning while maintaining attention to operational execution and detail (required).
