Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and prioritize the product backlog for the Affiliate Promo Department. This role involves working with high-level statistics, analytics, and product performance metrics to define the strategic direction of the department and identify growth opportunities. You will be responsible for organizing and overseeing A/B testing processes, optimizing internal tools and workflows, and coordinating work across various teams.

- Define the strategic direction of the department and identify growth opportunities
- Organize and oversee A/B testing processes: hypothesis generation, launch, analysis, and implementation of successful experiments
- Optimize internal tools and workflows related to promo materials and promo operations
- Coordinate work across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams
- Build and maintain the product roadmap for promo-related initiatives
- Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of product changes on key business metrics
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in performance marketing, promo-tech, martech, or growth-related domains
- Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with high-level statistics, product metrics, and dashboards to make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests
- Good understanding of digital marketing, promo operations, and user acquisition processes
- Experience defining product strategy and building product roadmaps
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Operations
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- English proficiency – Intermediate+
- Experience building or improving internal tools and admin systems
- Experience with promo campaign automation systems
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Background in iGaming, affiliate marketing or adtech
- Experience conducting product research and customer development interviews
- Strong strategic thinking and business mindset
- Ownership and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
