- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between departments (Mediabuying, SEO, Affiliate, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Legal).
- Monitor task execution and deadline compliance across active projects.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Track and manage project budgets and promotion channel spending.
- Prepare Plan/Fact reports with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee payments, subscriptions, and IT tool renewals.
- Provide weekly and monthly operational reporting to COO.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager (required).
- Experience with budget management, Plan/Fact reporting, and basic financial control (required).
- Proficiency in task management tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion or similar (required).
- Cross-functional collaboration experience (tech, finance, marketing teams) (required).
- Proven ability to build and document processes (SOPs, Wiki, checklists) (required).
- Experience in a digital agency (traffic, SEO, performance marketing) (required).
- Background in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or iGaming (required).
- Understanding of technical fundamentals: tracking, postbacks, integrations, funnels, traffic metrics (required).
- Process visualization skills (Miro, Figma, draw.io) (required).
- Experience with employee onboarding and knowledge base development (required).
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher (required).
- High level of self-organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (required).
