The company is looking for a QAE to join their team. This role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to ensure the quality of complex web applications and CRM systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of software quality through rigorous testing processes.

- Collaborate with the development team during planning to ensure testing requirements are adequately addressed.
- Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, and integration testing of chat features and functionalities.
- Perform thorough testing of various CRM modules, covering all key functionalities of customer relationship management.
- Test integrations with external systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices.
- Generate detailed reports on testing results, including analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and accurately report software defects, including providing detailed steps to reproduce.
- Analyze software quality and development speed, and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
- Contribute to the improvement of test automation processes and assist in creating test scenarios for automation.
- Actively participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in CRM systems or similar complex web applications (required)
- In-depth understanding of QA processes and methodologies, with experience in sprint-based development cycles (required)
- Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and its components, with proven experience in adapting testing strategies to fast-paced development environments (required)
- Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices (required)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (required)
- Proficiency in using browser Developer Tools for debugging and troubleshooting (required)
- Strong experience in testing REST APIs and Webhooks, with a deep understanding of API testing best practices (required)
- Experience with test management tools (required)
- Working knowledge of version control systems, preferably GIT (required)
- Proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams (required)
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct thorough self-tests and analyze testing reports (required)
- Experience with automated testing tools and programming languages, with a focus on future automation initiatives (required)
- Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring and analyzing application performance (required)
