Business Analyst

Description

Playtech's Mobile and Web Platform Team is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will translate high-level business solutions into technical specifications, analyze requirements, create documentation for existing and new solutions, and support the development team across the full software development cycle. You will also handle backlog management, perform solution validation, and communicate with licensees to identify and discuss requirements, as well as support them regarding functionality. The role involves supporting the team in developing new features through clear communication and structured analysis, and keeping documentation up to date.

Responsibilities
  • Translate high-level business solutions into technical specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Analyze requirements and facilitate requirements‑related meetings.
  • Create documentation for existing solutions and features.
  • Support other activities of the development team across the full software development cycle, contributing to smooth delivery.
  • Handle backlog management that keeps priorities transparent and actionable.
  • Work with technical documentation to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform solution validation to confirm functionality meets business needs.
  • Communication with licensees (clients) to identify and discuss requirements in a structured, collaborative way.
  • Support licensees regarding functionality, helping them maximize product value.
  • Support the team in developing new features through clear communication and structured analysis.
  • Creating documentation for new features and keeping documentation up to date to ensure knowledge continuity.
Requirements
  • Have 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (Product Manager, Product Owner, System Analyst, Software Analyst etc.).
  • Possess Upper‑Intermediate level of English(written/spoken).
  • Have profound expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems.
  • Have experience working with multiple corporate stakeholders via remote communication channels.
  • Understand web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats: HTTP, TCP/IP, WS, SOAP, JSON, XML etc.
  • Use API investigation tools (Postman, Swagger).
  • Have practical experience with Browser DevTools.
  • Are familiar with UX/UI mockup tools (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart).
  • Have hands‑on experience preparing BPMN, UML
  • Work with wireframes and diagrams (sequence and activity).
  • Bring strong facilitation skills that help guide discussions and align diverse viewpoints.
  • Bring strong analytical and system thinking skills that help you navigate complexity.
  • Are detail‑oriented with good communication skills that foster productive collaboration.
  • Show decision‑making and a strong sense of responsibility in fast‑moving environments.
  • Can handle objections with professionalism and clarity.
