Business Analyst
Playtech's POP team is looking for a diligent and meticulous Business Analyst with a willingness to work in an international environment. This role involves documenting and translating business needs, conducting stakeholder analysis, and eliciting project and business requirements. The Business Analyst will act as an interface between development/support teams and clients/requestors, assisting at various project levels. They will also be responsible for preparing functional specification documents, use cases, and interface guides, and collaborating with the test team to ensure sufficient coverage and run User Acceptance Tests.
- Document and translate business needs, conducting stakeholder analysis
- Elicit project and business requirements, and lead requirements review sessions
- Act as an interface between development/support teams and clients/requestors
- Assist at various levels of the project, including task analysis
- Prepare functional specification documents, use cases, and interface guides for end-user reference
- Collaborate with the test team to ensure sufficient coverage
- Run User Acceptance Tests
- 3+ years of experience in Business or System Analysis
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Understand basic software architecture principles
- Familiarity with UML diagrams
- Experience describing interfaces and interactions between systems
- Solid experience in conducting technical discussions
- Exceptional analytical, lateral, and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated, assertive, and have a pleasant personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English proficiency
