Your influential mission. You will...

Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals. Translate customer feedback into development-ready tasks and maintain alignment with the Casino Product stream. Act as the central communication bridge between Product Managers and Development Teams, ensuring roadmap clarity and execution. Lead and facilitate key meetings (e.g., Kanban reviews, system demos, regional updates) to drive progress and alignment. Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence to support transparency and architectural planning. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and cross-team coordination. Introduce competitor insights and innovation opportunities to keep Playtech’s casino offerings ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer feedback into development-ready tasks and maintain alignment with the Casino Product stream.
  • Act as the central communication bridge between Product Managers and Development Teams, ensuring roadmap clarity and execution.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence to support transparency and architectural planning.

Requirements
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in professional roles within the iGaming industry.
  • Have solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple initiatives and priorities with competing timelines.
  • Are skilled at influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a good knowledge and understanding of Casino.

## Extra points for:

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master qualification.
  • Project management certification / experience.
  • Proven ability to drive product and business decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices.
