Product Operations Manager

Description

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager – Business Enablement to strengthen how our Product function operates, supports the business, and succeeds in regulated markets. You’ll work at the heart of Product, helping improve ways of working, providing market and regulatory insight, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams - enabling Product Managers to focus on strategy, discovery, and delivering player value.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse internal processes, tools, and system performance to identify inefficiencies and improve how the Product function operates.
  • Strengthen product team effectiveness through improved documentation, knowledge sharing, planning support, and internal alignment.
  • Provide market, operator, and competitive insights to support product decisions and business readiness.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and identify risks, dependencies, and market entry requirements.
  • Support certification pathways, new operator onboarding, and product readiness for regulated markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support live issue resolution and improve communication between Product, Tech, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Support Product Managers with analysis, requirements documentation, product demos, and preparation activities.
  • Support the Head of Product with planning, reporting, preparation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Own product enablement outputs including release notes, feature documentation, demos, videos, training materials, and operator-facing product support content.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge bases and feature libraries for internal and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve product effectiveness, operational readiness, and business alignment.
  • Promote consistent tools, processes, and ways of working that enable the Product function to operate efficiently at scale.
Requirements
  • Bring experience in product operations, product management support, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • Have experience in iGaming or regulated digital products.
  • Have experience improving processes, documentation standards, and ways of working within product or delivery teams.
  • Understand how product, commercial, tech, and compliance functions connect.
  • Are comfortable working with data, analysis, and structured documentation.
  • Have experience supporting product launches, market entry, or cross-functional coordination.
  • Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Stay calm under pressure and are solutions-focused during live issues.
  • Take ownership and follow through on commitments.
  • Experience with certification, compliance, or regulatory processes.
  • Experience creating release notes, product documentation, training materials, or enablement content.
  • Experience supporting operator onboarding or market expansion initiatives.
