Description

We are seeking a high‑impact Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, matrix‑structured B2B environment. The ideal candidate brings exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident leadership presence, and a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactivity. This is a customer‑facing role that bridges business and technology, requiring the ability to work effectively in remote and diverse environments. You will lead large‑scale, cross‑product projects and programs from inception through delivery and closure, manage dedicated teams across the full project lifecycle, and collaborate closely with customers while maintaining strong cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders, including C‑level executives and strategic partners. Proven experience in software delivery and customer‑facing project management is essential, as you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between business and technology, and driving results through established governance, risk management, and escalation resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple large‑scale, cross‑product, and diverse projects and programs
  • Lead projects and programs from inception to delivery and closure, guiding the full project life cycle
  • Manage dedicated project and program teams in a matrix environment, driving seamless cross‑product delivery across all phases; build, nurture, and sustain productive relationships to accelerate progress while setting priorities and optimizing resource allocation within programs
  • Drive licensee satisfaction by delivering quality outcomes, managing expectations, and maintaining transparent communication channels
  • Own the end‑to‑end project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; analyze and manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes throughout the project life cycle, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to licensees and internal and external stakeholders (including C‑level executives and external partners)
  • Lead projects and drive escalation management and resolution of critical issues through established governance, leveraging all communication channels such as meetings, status reports, and presentations
  • Facilitate collaboration across shared functions (e.g., Compliance, Legal) to resolve conflicts and enable timely decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
  • 7-8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, leading large‑scale, multi‑product projects in software delivery
  • Experience working with international, customer‑facing projects and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools; experienced in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation
  • Demonstrated success driving results in a matrix‑structured organization
  • University degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial & Management Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Background in online gaming is an advantage
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent
  • Natural leader with a winning spirit, a broad perspective and a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactivity
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with outstanding presentation abilities; customer‑oriented and comfortable engaging executives, customers, and matrix‑managed project teams
  • Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple streams, deliver commitments, and think creatively
  • Strategic thinking and business perspective, strong conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving expertise, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Collaborative team player who can negotiate, influence, and align diverse stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in English; reading, writing, and speaking.
