Senior Full Stack Developer
Playtech's Marketplace and Engagement Games Product Team is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Fullstack Developer with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will lead the design, development, and evolution of complex web applications using React, Redux, ES6+, Node.js, and related technologies. You will own features end-to-end, from technical design and architecture decisions to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support. You will architect scalable, high-performance systems ensuring optimal front-end responsiveness and backend efficiency. You will design and maintain robust RESTful APIs and scalable backend services. You will drive improvements in code quality, maintainability, security, and performance across the stack. You will review code, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices within the team. You will participate in architectural discussions and influence long-term technical strategy. You will optimize application performance across frontend, middleware, and backend layers. You will collaborate closely with DevOps to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines and production stability. You will work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and other teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features. You will proactively identify technical debt and drive refactoring initiatives.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and other teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features.

- Have 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Have strong proven experience building complex, customer-facing web applications at scale .
- Possess deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid experience with TypeScript.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in React ecosystem , including state management patterns and performance optimization.
- Have strong experience with Node.js and backend architectural patterns.
- Are experienced in designing and implementing REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Have hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis , and understand data modeling and caching strategies.
- Understand system design principles, scalability challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
- Have experience working with CI/CD pipelines and production environments.
- Have practical experience with TDD/BDD and writing automated tests.
- Use Git confidently in collaborative environments.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and engineering judgment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Strong TypeScript expertise.
- Experience with distributed systems or microservices architectures.
- Game development experience.
- Familiarity with CSS methodologies like BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS.
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
