Description

Ready to level up your career? Playtech's Team is looking for an adaptable and experienced SCCM System Administrator with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Your influential mission. You will Design, implement, and maintain SCCM and Intune infrastructure, including Distribution Points, Cloud Management Gateways (CMG), and Co-management workloads. Own the end-to-end Patch Tuesday process for OS and 3rd party applications, ensuring high compliance rates across the global estate. Manage and optimize Windows Autopilot profiles and Apple Business Manager (ABM) integrations for "zero-touch" provisioning. Develop complex PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks, remediate configuration drift, and enhance reporting. Manage Configuration Baselines, GPOs, and Intune Configuration/Compliance profiles to enforce corporate security standards. Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex application delivery failures, PXE/OSD issues, and system-wide performance bottlenecks. Manage Incidents, Requests, and Changes within ServiceNow (or relevant ITSM tool), ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and Change Control boards.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Are deeply knowledgeable of Co-management, Tenant Attach, and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG).
  • Have expertise in MSI/EXE wrapping, Win32 App packaging for Intune, and handling complex 3rd party dependencies.
  • Are proficient with Patch My PC , NinjaOne, or Ivanti for automated 3rd-party catalog updates.
  • Possess proven experience designing Task Sequences for bare-metal imaging and transitioning to modern Autopilot deployment.
  • Have the ability to write SQL queries and WQL for custom SCCM collections and SSRS/Power BI dashboards.
  • Understand PKI (Certificate management for SCCM/VPN) , DNS, DHCP, and PXE boot environments.
  • Are familiar with Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access policies as they relate to device compliance.
  • Have a “root-cause” mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Having a certification in Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
