Technical Delivery Specialist

Ready to level up your career? Playtech Managed Services is looking for an open-minded and proactive Technical Delivery Specialist with strong analytical skills to join our team, where you'll be the specialist handling gaming platform configurations, backend systems, and technical implementations.

Your influential mission. You will...

Analyse technical problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions across multiple gaming systems.

Establish and maintain user accounts with appropriate system permissions and access levels.

Support new gaming operator launches from initial setup through go-live, configuring critical systems, automations, and regulatory compliance components.

Work closely with CRM teams to execute marketing automation campaigns and support technical implementation of custom solutions for various stakeholders.

Analyse business requirements and create technical specifications for platform enhancements and new features.

Learn the product basics, including structure & features, different gaming regulations, onboarding flows, and responsible gaming.

Learn about customer engagement, risk management, and payment systems while contributing to security projects and resolving escalated risk cases.

Acquire insight into technical processes in a global company.

Communicate daily with other teams in and outside the company.

Constantly develop skills and get new knowledge in the Technical Delivery domain in order to progress from Technical Delivery Specialist to Experienced and Senior levels based on performance and skill development.

Requirements
  • Willing to develop your career in Technical Delivery.
  • 1+ years of previous experience in a technical role such as system administration, configuration management, technical support, or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Feel comfortable working on shifts.
  • Previous experience in the Online Gambling industry.
