We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally. Our Affiliate team is growing! We're looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will support and grow a portfolio of affiliate publishers, owning day-to-day performance management, reporting, and activation while developing strong commercial and analytical foundations within our Affiliate team. You will develop a clear understanding of Quantum's business model, and the verticals and markets we operate in, ensuring your work aligns with our broader strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of a portfolio of affiliate publishers, ensuring campaigns are live, tracked correctly, and delivering against agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor key metrics such as volume, CPL, conversion rate, and PGP, contributing to weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights and escalation where needed.
  • Support outreach to new and dormant publishers using agreed scripts and playbooks, assisting with onboarding and early-stage activation.
  • Maintain clean, accurate partner data across internal systems and dashboards, ensuring communications and changes are properly logged.
  • Work closely with Sales, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to support testing, launches, and optimisation initiatives across the Network.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years previous experience in an Affiliate Marketing account management or equivalent position.
  • You are committed to your development and eager to seek new learning opportunities, receive feedback and self-reflect.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing sales funnels and commercials.
  • Proven ability in building relationships is essential, and experience building and converting new partnerships is a plus.
  • You are structured, organised and systematic with processes, but can also pivot and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commercially aware and motivated by measurable outcomes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a results-oriented approach to delivering ROI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • First class communication and presentation skills.
  • Takes ownership of performance and is proactive about improvement.
  • You are proactive and enjoy contributing as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
