Brand Copywriter and Content Manager

Description

As a Brand Copywriter & Content Strategist, you will support the creation and optimisation of content across Quantum’s brand portfolio. You’ll bring strong writing skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for brand storytelling, helping to deliver messaging that is consistent, on-brand, and performance-focused. You’ll work closely with creative, marketing and product teams to execute copy that strengthens our brand voice, enhances user experience, and contributes to commercial performance. This role blends hands-on writing with strategic support, operating within existing guidelines while helping improve them over time.

Responsibilities
  • Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy across: Email campaigns and subject lines
  • Paid social ads
  • Organic social content
  • Landing pages and websites
  • Editorial articles
  • Campaign messaging
  • Adapt and enhance existing tone of voice and brand guidelines to different verticals and channels.
  • Translate briefs into high-quality content that drives clarity and action.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand tone of voice with guidance from brand leaders.
  • Help produce messaging frameworks, playbooks, and content toolkits.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across multiple brands and markets.
  • Work with creatives to support brand positioning and campaign messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to review performance insights and apply learnings.
  • Participate in A/B testing for copy on email, landing pages, and paid ads.
  • Use a data-led approach to refine messaging and improve engagement.
  • Help build and maintain the central content library, ensuring updated assets and templates.
  • Support documentation of guidelines, frameworks, and processes.
  • Ensure clear version control and content accuracy across platforms.
  • Work with designers, marketers, and brand leads to deliver campaigns and assets.
  • Take part in creative reviews, feedback loops, and iterative improvements.
  • Ensure copy aligns with UX, visual design, marketing goals, and brand identity.
  • Use AI tools to speed up content creation, optimisation and delivery.
  • Suggest new approaches, formats, or efficiencies that improve output.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years in copywriting, content, editorial, or brand writing roles.
  • Experience writing across multiple channels, ideally in a multi-brand or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of tone of voice and brand consistency.
  • A portfolio demonstrating copy across email, paid social, web, and campaigns.
  • Good understanding of marketing channels across paid, organic, and CRM.
  • Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and insights to improve content.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and proactive in improving your craft.
  • Collaborative and open to feedback.
  • Positive approach towards AI and automation as creative accelerators.
  • Experience with SEO content writing (Bonus)
  • Understanding of UX writing (Bonus)
  • Multi-vertical or global content experience (Bonus)
