Lead Product Manager

Description

Our Technology team is growing and we'd love you to grow with us. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager who has previously shipped at scale on comparison websites. If you've built comparison tools, personalisation engines, content experiences, or lead-gen flows that deliver real revenue - this is your chance to do it at an even greater scale. In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the Qi Platform strategy that powers our capabilities to realise this vision. You'll turn vision into a roadmap and execution plan, working hand in hand with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Data, Engineering, and other Product teams to understand their needs and build solutions that help us scale.

Responsibilities
  • Translate high-level company vision into an actionable product roadmap and execution plan
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery to understand problems, risks, and assumptions that frame business cases for initiatives aligned to company vision
  • Embed closely with commercial, marketing, operations, and other teams - building strong relationships, developing empathy with users, and co-creating solutions
  • Provide clear, open communication on roadmaps, priorities, and results
  • Act as a true partner to engineering leadership and teams across the full product lifecycle - discovery, solution validation, technical feasibility, and successful delivery
  • Foster empowered product trios (PM + design + tech lead) to resolve risks, iterate quickly, and ship high-impact features with minimal handoffs
  • Manage the backlog and deliver a steady stream of high-value, incremental work to engineering - collaborating closely on documentation, UX, and technical feasibility with a focus on outcomes over output
  • Champion test-learn-optimise practices in collaboration with engineers
  • Define leading metrics and KPIs, increase visibility, measure progress, and support decisions that improve business outcomes (revenue, efficiency, customer value)
  • Build and improve reusable processes and tools to help the technology group scale and deliver at pace with quality
  • Hire, develop, and retain strong product talent - nurturing a high-performing product organisation and a healthy product culture
  • Mentor and coach other PMs, encouraging a test-learn-optimise mindset, data-informed decisions, reusable processes, and a collaborative, grounded culture
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience shipping features on comparison or review sites
  • Experience building or scaling affiliate-driven products with a strong focus on SEO, content, personalisation, and lead quality
  • Deep understanding of the user journey from search to comparison to conversion
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, data-informed environments where discovery, experimentation, and quick iteration are the norm
  • Able to embed quickly with cross-functional squads and share ownership of outcomes collaboratively
  • You do your best work as part of a team and enjoy sharing knowledge as much as gaining it
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Collaborative and grounded - you value others' perspectives and create space for them
Benefits
  • Private Health Care (Bupa)
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Market-Leading Training Programme
  • Recognition & Reward Scheme
  • Annual Company Conference (previous destinations: Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik, Thessaloniki)
  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches
  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
