Paid Social Lead

Description

Our Paid Media team is growing! We’re looking for an ambitious, KPI driven, and experienced Paid Social Lead to join our team in London. In this role you will be responsible for the sustained growth and optimisation of a diverse range of campaigns, playing a key role in the development of integrated multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities will include day-to-day paid social campaign management, account maintenance, creative & ad copy testing, landing page & user journey optimisation and strategy implementation. The successful candidate will be passionate about paid social and be highly analytical with a proven ability to make data driven decisions in a fast paced environment. You will lead a team to drive revenue by taking a hands-on approach to delivering the paid social strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the paid social strategy for aggregator brands, ensuring the channel is delivering the required volume and ROI.
  • Manage account budgets, ensuring spend delivery and efficiency are inline with our ROAS targets.
  • Monitor paid social performance numbers, maximising KPIs at all stages of the funnel, such as CTR, CVR and ROAS.
  • Make daily management and optimisation decisions and ensure they are implemented with accuracy
  • Implement best practice account and technical approaches across all brands and ensure the accounts are operating as efficiently as possible
  • Conduct experiments to test new features and strategies within the accounts, constantly taking a test and learn approach.
  • Implementing robust creative and landing page optimisation testing processes
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis so that stakeholders are kept up to date with performance.
  • Closely monitor competitor paid social activity to not only understand the market, but also to improve our position within it
  • Implement creative strategies and ad sets together with Creative team to deliver optimal business performance
  • Become the business paid social champion by identifying and understanding market trends then sharing that insight with the wider business
  • Be a skilled manager with a proven track record of developing members of staff through regular contact and coaching
  • Take responsibility for your team’s performance and career development
Requirements
  • Established in a paid social account management role
  • Forensic knowledge of X, Meta, Reddit and Snapchat platforms
  • Profit-focused and KPI driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Incredibly organised and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • A commercial attitude
  • Highly numerate, analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROI
  • Obsessive about monitoring and driving performance
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as; Display, Taboola & App Marketing
  • Experience in managing large monthly budgets
  • Knowledge of pixel/ CAPI implementation, tracking systems and analytics software
  • Strong reporting skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of data visualisations systems such as Tableau
  • Involvement in projects from inception to completion from a commercial and technical standpoint
  • Experienced in motivating, coaching and developing a diverse team
  • Passionate about processes with an impeccable level of attention to detail
