The Role

Performance Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing Team)

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us in London. In this role, you will own the execution, optimisation, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns across both Paid Social and Native channels. You will play a key role in driving high-quality traffic into our landing pages and conversion journeys, working across platforms such as Meta, Snap, Taboola, Outbrain, Baidu, and other emerging channels. You will operate as a cross-channel performance marketer, combining hands-on campaign management, creative testing, and data-led optimisation to deliver against Marketing priorities, H2 OKRs, and strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with Creative, CRO, Data, and Product Operations to ensure campaigns are not only delivering volume, but doing so efficiently and with a clear focus on conversion quality and commercial impact.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, Snap) and Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Baidu, MSAN)
  • Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and pacing to deliver against CPL, ROAS, and volume targets
  • Monitor and optimise performance across key metrics (CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS), taking action quickly
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in campaign data and translate these into clear optimisation actions
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with concise, actionable insights
  • Work closely with Creative teams to develop, test, and iterate on ad creatives and messaging
  • Turn performance data into structured creative feedback and testing ideas
  • Support high-velocity testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures
  • Test and evaluate new channels, geographies, and verticals in line with growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with CRO, UX, and Product Operations to align traffic strategy with landing page performance
  • Ensure campaigns are set up correctly and performing reliably, troubleshooting issues
Requirements
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in paid media, performance marketing, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience across Paid Social (Meta, Snap) and/or Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL, and ROAS
  • Analytical mindset - able to interpret data, spot patterns, and act on insights quickly
  • Experience working with creative testing and performance-driven ad development
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and proactive, with a strong desire to test, learn, and improve performance
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership over campaign performance
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into insights and actions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams
  • Experience in regulated sectors (iGaming, finance, etc.) is a bonus
