Business Development Manager
PlayRight, part of Ryze Beyond, is an online commerce company with the goal of streamlining the consumer decision-making process, and connecting customers with industry-leading brands. The networks created help shoppers make smarter decisions about the products they want to buy. The company is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Business Development Manager to join its growing team in Tel Aviv.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with global partners in the gaming and digital commerce industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, leveraging data and market insights.
- Plan, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve revenue and performance KPIs.
- Generate and manage a robust business pipeline, including prospecting and deal-closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, sales) to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- 1+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management in online marketing, gaming, or digital commerce (required).
- Strong operational management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities (required).
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities (required).
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills (required).
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making (required).
- Fluent English (required).
- Experience working with senior executives and C-level stakeholders (preferred).
