SoftConstruct is seeking an Assistant to CEO to join the team and support strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with the Business Development Director to execute expansion plans and drive growth within the IT sector.

The successful candidate will act as a key support figure, facilitating communication across departments and managing relationships with partners and clients. This position requires a professional capable of conducting thorough market research and contributing to the overall sales and revenue objectives of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Business Development Director in executing strategic initiatives and business expansion plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of B2B business strategies in the IT sector.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to align business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline business development processes and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between business development and cross-functional teams for seamless execution of strategies.
  • Assist in managing key client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Support negotiations, contract management, and partnership agreements with B2B clients.
  • Track client feedback and market trends to refine business development strategies.
  • Contribute to lead generation, sales pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor business development KPIs and provide insights for performance optimisation.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the IT sector.
  • Ensure business development strategies align with industry compliance and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the IT industry (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of B2B business models, sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies (required).
  • Excellent analytical and research skills to assess market trends and business opportunities (required).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively (required).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment (required).
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape (required).
  • Flexible, detail oriented and adaptable to changes (required).
  • Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages (required).
