Budgeting and Cost Control Specialist
SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team as a Budgeting and Cost Control Specialist. This role involves partnering with business units to analyze financial performance and key metrics, providing insights on revenue, costs, and profitability trends. The specialist will develop KPIs and dashboards to track departmental performance, support monthly business reviews with data-driven recommendations, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned areas. Responsibilities also include preparing scenario analyses and financial projections for decision support, identifying risks and opportunities in business operations, and assisting in capital expenditure planning and ROI evaluations. The role acts as a financial advisor to operational teams and management, driving cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvements, and integrating financial perspectives into business strategy discussions. Ensuring alignment between operational goals and financial targets is crucial, along with carrying out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and key metrics

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- At least 3 years in financial analysis or business partnering roles
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business partnering principles
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
- Detail-oriented with business acumen
- Fluency in Armenian and English
